This is the "pseudo" Italian/Spanish/Mediterranean style found all over the south west. We do not use bricks. This is wood framing with a steel troweled or smooth stucco finish. The roof is terra cotta (made of clay or concrete) roof tiles. Sometimes a thin stone is stacked on front (see Eldorado Stone for pictures).

A typical American 2 story in the west or southwest. The exterior is stucco or synthetic stucco.
