This method shows how to take backup of your wordpress blog (not database) through an automated (schedule) backup software. You can also restore the same files through this syncbackSE software. I show you with an example of my wordpress blog, in this video, i show you how to take backup, then i delete the folders and files through file manager (you can use FTP client software), and restore the files back to your server.
