I am using this product with Snow Leopard, and other than a few glitches, it works great. I use Feedburner to actually publish the feeds, once they are created with FeedForAll.
On a couple of occasions, the product has locked up and triggered some errors in the system log, but it seems to be reliable about 95% of the time.
I am knowledgeable in XML and considered writing the RSS feeds by hand, but this is so much faster. Even if you are RSS-savvy, using FeedForAll to quickly create, update, and manage your feeds is so much more efficient.
Update: dropping rating by one star due to very poor customer service experience (poor FeedForAll Customer Service, not Amazon Customer Service).
